Our long term and all employee share plans are a fundamental aspect of our reward strategy. They are a critical enabler to driving performance, connecting our people to our purpose, supporting financial wellbeing and an essential part of our global talent strategy.

As Head of Shares you will be responsible for:

  • The leadership, mentoring and continuous development of a team to plan and deliver the execution of our all employee and long-term incentive plans internationally whilst also contributing and connecting with broader strategic initiatives,
  • Using partnerships with our share plan service providers and Registrars/depositary banks, legal & tax advisors, multiple cross functional business partners, together with hands on execution of all aspects of share plan communication and administration
  • Effective planning; innovate and effectively connect with employees and partners; drive robust governance and navigate regulatory frameworks
  • Scanning the external landscape spotting opportunities for transformation; pre-empt problems and create solutions to overcome them, in order to successfully lead and administer our share plan agenda whilst creating fulfilling employee experiences.
  • The gatekeeper for compliance with our share plan rules, and must ensure high standards of audit control, security and compliance and demonstrate strong and reliable judgment.
  • Share plans team budget, management and negotiation of third-party share plan service contracts and creating a culture of partnership with providers.
  • Being a part of the evolution of our recently refreshed reward strategy and our vision to build a best-in-class reward function.


What we're looking for you to have:

  • A personal passion for reward and employee share plans and the impact they can have on business performance and individual engagement
  • Experience at middle-management level implementing and operating all employee & discretionary share plans. Ideally attained the ICSA certificate in Employee Share Plans
  • A leader with a consistent track record in leading and developing teams to fulfil and achieve their potential
  • Great change and project management skills, comfortable navigating and leading complex issues and multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • The ability to articulate and persuasive with strong written and oral communication skills, with experience of successfully leading and advising a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset as well as practical - the role must be able to translate strategy into effective operational delivery
